Liteyak Kayak Warranty Policy

Liteyak Kayak, Inc. offers a three-year warranty on this product, starting from the date of arrival. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to Liteyak Kayak, Inc. promptly via email at [email protected]. Include photos, your Hull Identification Number, boat model, and order number for quicker resolution. If the product is deemed defective in material or workmanship by Liteyak Kayak, Inc., it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Once a repair or replacement is approved, you will need to return the product, postage prepaid, to the return address we provide. All replacements and repairs within the warranty period are at no charge to the customer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Commercial or rental use
• Normal wear and tear, including punctures, cuts, and abrasions from regular use
• Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or misuse
• Damage caused by improper storage, maintenance, or handling
• Damage due to extreme weather or environmental conditions, including whitewater conditions
• Structural alterations or modifications to the product
• Cosmetic damage, abrasions, or fading from excessive UV exposure
• Use for any purpose other than recreational activities

Limitation and Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Liteyak Kayak does NOT provide any implied warranty of merchantability for any product or part, whether or not covered by this warranty;
• Liteyak Kayak does NOT provide any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and the warranty is limited to the description provided above;
• In jurisdictions where implied warranties cannot be excluded, the duration of the implied warranty is limited to the duration of the express warranty described here. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

No Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages

The remedies described in this warranty (repair or replacement) are the exclusive and sole remedies available. Liteyak Kayak will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights, depending on your state.
