We offer global shipping directly from our warehouse in China, ensuring that our products reach adventurers all around the world.
Delivery Time
Our typical delivery time is 10-14 business days. This is an estimated time based on our experience and reports from our express delivery partners. Please note that this may not always match the actual delivery time, and we frequently update our estimates based on current conditions.
Processing and Handling Time
- Standard Products: Our warehouse generally processes and handles orders within 2-3 business days (depending on time zone differences).
- Custom Products: For custom orders, it typically takes 4-5 business days to complete production and dispatch.
Shipping Carriers + Import Duties & Fees
We offer free shipping, which is already included in the price of the product. However, import fees are not covered. These may include duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or any additional charges that arise upon arrival at the destination. The VAT on international orders usually ranges from 19% to 23%, though this varies depending on the country. These fees apply to all imported products, not just Liteyak kayaks. Additional charges may differ based on the destination country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
We do not ship to APO or P.O. Boxes. Due to the large size and value of our kayaks, a signature is always required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Our products will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS, depending on the size and location of the item. We aim to balance cost and delivery speed to provide the best service for our customers.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has been shipped, we will upload the tracking number to our order management system. You’ll receive an email notification, and you can also view the tracking information on your account page: Account > Order > Shipped
